What it does

Saner.AI takes in notes, uploaded or imported files, PDFs, emails, calendar entries and meeting transcripts, plus text or voice captures typed or spoken into the app. It produces organized notes with suggested tags and folders, answers to natural-language questions across your own material, task lists with suggested priorities, and scheduling help.

People use it as a single workspace in place of switching between a notes app, email, calendar and web search. Its distinct element is a proactive assistant called Skai that flags follow-ups and tasks from connected sources, plus a Chrome extension for capturing information from the browser. You can also chat with external AI models, which requires separate payment or your own API keys.

Saner.AI suits professionals, students, founders and researchers who juggle many information sources, and it is marketed to people with ADHD. A free plan is available with no credit card required, with limits on AI messages, notes and storage. Paid Starter and Standard plans are listed monthly at $8 and $16.
