- Custom AI chatbot builder
- Made for
- Support, sales and internal teams
- Runs on
- Web dashboard and embedded website widget
- Bots are built in the Botsonic web app and run on websites via embed code and connected channels.
What it does
Botsonic takes in your website, uploaded files such as PDFs, Word documents and spreadsheets, help center content, and links from sources like Google Drive, Confluence and Notion. It uses that material to configure an AI chatbot that answers customer questions and can be embedded on your site as a chat widget.
Users create a bot, add source material, customize its appearance and test answers before embedding it on a website. Supported integrations can connect documents, messaging channels and business tools, subject to plan limits. Conversation monitoring helps teams inspect questions and improve the source material. Higher plans provide options such as live-agent handoff and developer access.
Botsonic suits support, sales and internal teams that want a chatbot grounded in their own content. Plans are limited by message counts, character uploads and bot counts, and some integrations or features such as HubSpot and audit logs are marked as coming soon. Higher tiers, including API access on Advanced and Enterprise, require a paid plan.
